Obviously, as a PR agency you are paid by your clients, and while we appreciate that your job is to gain as much FREE exposure as possible, we are unable to publish your press releases without incurring costs ourselves.
To publish each press release on EclipseMagazine.co.uk we incur hosting, editing, image sourcing/resizing/design, SEO, admin and social media costs (NB each article on our website is promoted to our social media accounts).
In order to provide a sustainable service, we are asking PR agencies to contribute towards these costs by paying an administration charge. In return, PR agencies can GUARANTEE their clients exposure to our readership.
We offer this at a price point that makes this both attractive to your agency, and practical for our business.
Agency Upload Direct to Website
We are offering PR agencies the chance to have a Publisher account with us, whereby you can upload your own content onto EclipseMagazine.co.uk for publication DIRECTLY to the website. This content will then be put through our usual editing review and published by us.
With this in mind, we are offering ten agencies the opportunity to post up to 20 articles per year about their clients – this can be a single client or share the package across your portfolio of clients (subject to our editorial rules).
The cost for each article FOR THE FIRST TEN AGENCIES will be our standard administration cost for one product placement, when products are included in articles about particular topics, alongside several other products.
Once these places have been filled, new agencies wishing to take part will be added to a waiting list.
Organic inclusion of content
Your representative will be given an account on our site and trained to upload content, which will then be edited and placed in the appropriate section of the site.
All content will appear as editorial under the named account of your agency, rather than as an advertorial for your specific clients. This third party content will work both from an ASA point of view, and also stay within Google guidelines for paid content.
Each piece of content can include a hyperlink back to your client’s site.
Your products will then go onto our recommended suppliers list and may be picked up in our product articles – at no extra charge.

WHAT IF I WANT MORE? CAN I UPGRADE AFTER SIGNING UP?
Yes, you can upgrade your package at any time after signing up.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
We offer no-questions-asked refunds to all customers within seven days of your Banner, Advertorial or Competition going live (less an administration fee of £50). If you are not satisfied with your ad (etc), then simply send us an email and we will refund your purchase right away. Our goal has always been to create a happy, thriving community. If you are not completely happy with what we have done, then we have no interest in forcing you to stay an unhappy member. If however, within those seven days you simply wish to change an image or some of the wording on your ad/competition, we are happy to work with you to achieve the best possible result.
CAN I CHANGE THE CONTENTS OF MY ADVERTORIAL?
Everybody who places an advertorial with Eclipse Magazine has seven days from the page going live to adjust the text and images until they are delighted with the result. We are happy to change banner images and competition text within the same timeframe.
When you renew your package with us, you can, of course, renew your content as well!
